Fashion brand Delpozo has reached an agreement with the Chalhoub Group, luxury leader in the Middle East, which will be effective from the spring-summer season 2019, to strengthen the development of the brand in the area and to continue with its process of geographical expansion.
This partnership is another step in Delpozo’s internalization plan, which began with the appointment of Creative Director Josep Font, who knows how to perfectly fuse delicate femininity with architectural rigor due to his training as an architect. Since the re-launch of the House, the brand has participated in international fashion shows such as New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week. And recently has opened its first flagship store in Dubai.
“We are very satisfied with this new agreement. The Middle East region is a very important market for us and we are very excited to work hand in hand with the Chalhoub Group to grow the brand, “explains Pedro Trolez, President and owner of Grupo Perfumes y Diseño, which acquired the fashion label in 2011 after the demise of its creator, Jesús del Pozo.
Characterized by constant creative research and a laborious artisan process, Delpozo’s collections are currently sold in more than 80 points of sale world wide and holds three flagship stores: Madrid, London and Dubai. Designer, Josep Font, who participated several seasons in Haute Couture Week in Paris, is responsible of directing the atelier and the collections since 2012.
