As part of the celebrations of its bicentennial, Teatro Real became the epicenter of Madrid's fashion hosting the fashion show organized by Telva. Twelve ACME designers showed their creations for fall-winter in this very special fashion show. Under the slogan “Fashion in the Street” the fashion mag filled with glamor the capital for the fourth consecutive year to present the proposals that will set the trends next season.
Angel Schlesser assigned the center stage to bell bottom trousers, which gave his outfits airs from the 70’s, a decade that also serves as a starting point for Custo Barcelona who this year reaches his 20th anniversary and celebrates it with a much more sophisticated collection than usual. Retro airs also in the proposals by Devota & Lomba with dresses with raglan sleeves and full, flowing skirts, 50’s styles, while Amaya Arzuaga sets her sights on the future and commits to technological fabrics, laser cuts and 3D pieces.
The most urban women arrives by the hand of Adolfo Domínguez, with sweaters and fleece jackets that fit the figure with belts at waist level. A feminine, modern and elegant woman inspires Roberto Torretta in a collection that plays with volumes in tailored suits. Roberto Verino presented practical designs for a cosmopolitan woman that blends sober colors with sophisticated sequined garments for the night.
Juan Vidal draws up a nocturnal a woman, for whom the dress is the key garment and black the star colour. The dress is also the key element in the proposals by Teresa Helbig, who fills her designs with sequins and embroidery cared for to the smallest detail.
The explosion of color comes from the hand of unique Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, who brought up to the Teatro Real runway the boldest proposals. English green, blue Klein, Spanish red, gold, white and black color the garments by Davidelfín, adding the Delfín team flag as undisputed star.
The new collection by Juanjo Oliva, exclusive to El Corte Inglés, does not neglect his iconic dresses, but with a gipsy edge. A cosmopolitan proposal that takes us to Russia, Japan, China, Turkey and Mexico through colors and prints. Jorge Vázquez proposes in the same way a trip to the exotic East through spectacular dresses of silk tulle with delicate embroidery.[:]
