The Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España and INAEM are launching a competition among the ACME designers to create the new general line of products of the Ballet Nacional. This new project, called "Creative BNE", once again brings together fashion with the performing arts, a collaboration that resulting from the general agreement that both institutions signed in February 2014.
INAEM, acting within its strategy to attract the public and boost its units’ brand awareness, will launch its own online store, which will begin with the development and sale of this new product line. The BNE aims with this initiative to increase visibility by approaching new audiences and engaging their followers.
For ACME designers, this project becomes a challenge in which their creative universe is intertwined with the values of the Ballet Nacional: excellence, passion, discipline, strength and precision. It is an original way to bring together fashion and dance once again, by demonstrating the fine harmony between both disciplines that represent two of the leading sectors of Spanish culture.
Onstage will be in charge of producing the new merchandising, which will be marketed in INAEM / BNE’s virtual store and during the company’s tours, and will showcase the "Ballet Nacional de España" brand in conjunction with the creativity and prestige of a prominent fashion house.

Once the finalists are selected, Antonio Najarro, Artistic Director of the BNE, will decide the winning project, which will be announced to the media on Monday, May 11th, 2015 at 13:00 hrs., during a press conference at the headquarters of the BNE in Madrid.
