The designer of high-end custom jewellery Anton Heunis joins ACME, becoming the second brand of accessories of the Association. With his arrival, there are now 50 Associates of this professional organization, to which belong the most prominent fashion designers of the country.
The designer from South Africa was formed in Fine Arts and after a period of apprenticeship in Germany and London, where he discovers his penchant for jewellery, he collaborates with major brands such as Roberto Cavalli and Emanuel Ungaro.
In 2004 Anton Heunis arrives in Spain, where he establishes his own label dedicated to creating unique and exclusive pieces of jewellery made with Swarovski crystals, semiprecious stones and vintage glass. The delicacy with which jewellery artisans craft each piece gives a unique character to his designs, which are made entirely in his atelier in Madrid. A task completely hand-made that becomes the essence of the creations of Anton Heunis.
The brand, which celebrates its 10th anniversary, is present in 500 establishments around the world, among which are major outlets such as El Corte Inglés, Le Bon Marché, Tsum, Galleries Lafayette and Harvey Nichols.
With the addition of Anton Heunis, ACME maintains its purpose to open the Association to the creators of accessories, a path that began with the arrival of jewellery designer Helena Rohner, associated since 2011 and current member of the Board of the Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España.
