Five emblematic hotels host MADRID ES FASHION

Five hotels in Madrid host some of the most successful events of this new edition of MADRID ES MODA. The Axel Madrid Hotel,  Gran Meliá Palacio de los Duques, Gran Meliá Fénix, Iberostar Las Letras Gran Vía, and Room Mate Óscar, key points of Madrid's tourism, have become a must-see on the fashion circuit of our urban fashion festival.

The reason being that the most chic hotels of Madrid capital participate in MADRID ES MODA welcoming the works of big names of national fashion.

Gran Meliá Fénix Hotel houses in its halls an exhibition of a careful selection of the Spring / Summer 2018 collections by brands García Madrid, The 2nd Skin CO., Duyos, Miguel Marinero, Inuñez, Roberto Verino and Roberto Torretta.

The privileged facilities of a 19th century palace in Madrid de los Austrias is the perfect enclave to host an exhibition of runway designs and travel accessories created by Hannibal Laguna, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada and Devota & Lomba. The Hotel Iberostar Las Letras Gran Vía, an essential enclave in MADRID ES MODA, welcomes in its privileged window shops to Gran Vía, the designs by brand Angel Schlesser. This montage participates in the professional category of the IIIrd  Shop Window Competition of MADRID ES MODA.

One of the trendiest hotels in the capital joins MADRID ES MODA for the first time, participating in the novel category of the Shop Window Competition. Hotel Room Mate Óscar joins the urban fashion festival in collaboration with the students of the Centre for Fashion Design in Madrid (CSDMM). With designs by Ana Locking, Juan Vidal, Manémané and Moisés Nieto, each montage is completely assembled with IKEA materials, giving new and surprising use to the firm’s furniture and articles.

Hotel Axel Madrid, located in the central Atocha street, houses the exhibition of the "XVth Anniversary" collection by the Basque designer Ion Fiz, in collaboration with the mannequins firm Marcelo Vilá.
