Five have been the fashion shows held within the framework of urban fashion festival Madrid es Moda. Creators of the stature of Oteyza (in the spectacular setting of the Teatro Español), Pilar Dalbat (who filled the Casa de la Villa with fashion) or María Lafuente (with her Thai inspiration and her socially committed fashion), of which we have already recounted much from here, and others like Maison Mesa and Lauwood wished to celebrate with us fashion’s fiesta.
Thus, Maison Mesa presented on Tuesday his couture collection entitled "The Vampires" in homage to the film by great Spanish director Jesus Franco, taking as reference the concept of empowered, elegant and eternal woman representing the vampire, leaving aside terror aesthetics. Women who enjoy the freedom of being enveloped in garments that do not girdle them, allowing ease of movement, being caressed by the fabrics that surround them with timeless silhouettes for all ages and bodies. Artist Dani Panullo (choreographer and cultural agitator) and Lara Padilla collaborated with a performance where dance and art held hands.
