TOUS, the jewelry brand that makes creativity and self-expression shine, has signed an agreement with Elisava, the prestigious Faculty of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, for the creation of a unique pedagogical program that will promote innovation and creative training among the new generations of professionals. The project plans to incorporate new, ongoing training studies at Elisava with the jewelry firm's own methodology and a special focus on innovation and design, hence promoting a transformative educational experience that inspires change.
The initiative, whose definitive roadmap will be outlined in the following months, will be impregnated by a strong component of creativity in design, with the aim of introducing this concept globally in the future professionals conception of business: from the product's origin, to the importance of the point of sale or retail architecture, including the brand and the comprehensive construction of customer experience. Likewise, the project will establish new connections with the global creative ecosystem for the TOUS brand, thus allowing it to strengthen its commitment to contributing to society.
With this project, the renowned Elisava design school and TOUS take on the challenge of creating an educational program of excellence, prestige and international outreach, which will foster the role of design and creativity in a business reality while promoting the connection between the academic world and the new professional profiles demanded by creative industries.
The program will take place at the Elisava facilities, and also at TOUS, with the aim of providing the students to experience the reality of a business based on creativity, innovation and design. Achieving this through inspirational sessions with TOUS managers and creatives, among whom are the brand's Vice President and Reach & Relevance Officer Rosa Tous, as well as Marta Tous, art director of TOUS and director of SUOT Studio.
