The meet centered on the premiere of a film documenting the collection&#8217;s creative process.<\/p>\n<p>MANEVA arose from loss and memory: the name fuses Manuel and Evangelina, and the collection is constructed as a maneuver against the passage of time. The horse\u2014a body that runs, endures, escapes, and survives\u2014gallops through the collection as a symbol of movement (understood simultaneously as instinct, memory, and collapse) and of the body as a vessel for discipline, pleasure, violence, and affection.<\/p>\n<p>The film revisits this process through the tension between domestication and rebellion, transforming the garments into said movement\u2019s echoes.
