Modesto Lomba<\/strong> renews the confidence of his colleagues at ACME for the next four years, and faces a new presidential term accompanied by a renewed Board of Directors with which he will undertake important projects for the sector among which are the construction of the Strategic Plan for author fashion<\/em> and the creation of the Foundation Spanish Fashion Academy<\/em>, two key points in his work plan.<\/p>\n

ACME will continue to seek commercial and internationalization projects for Spanish designer fashion, a very necessary factor during these very difficult times for our companies. Therefore, this new Board will work with the Association\u2019s team in the development of initiatives to diversify the designer\u2019s businesses and help create synergies with other sectors, reaching agreements to carry out projects such as those already started with the pharmaceutical distributor Cofares, Mascarillas B\u00e9jar and the Princess Amandine<\/a> food brand.<\/p>\n

In the same way, the Association is already working on the structure of the next edition of Madrid es Moda<\/em> in collaboration with Madrid City Council\u2019s program Madrid Capital de Moda, and continues with the national and international broadcasting of the of the Spanish fashion designer\u2019s Manifesto<\/em> recently powered by ACME. In the same way, this organization is collaborating closely with the Ministry of Culture of the Community of Madrid in the broadcasting of its campaign #LaCulturaEsSegura.<\/p>\n

In this new stage, Modesto Lomba will be accompanied by team in which three creators from the previous Board of Directors remain, and to which five new names are incorporated so that the nature of all the companies that make up this Association are represented.<\/p>\n

Thus, ROBERTO TORRETTA renews his position as Vice President. The designer will continue to contribute his great, seasoned experience in the sector, as well as in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid. JUAN DUYOS will continue to be Secretary within the Board of Directors. The Madrid-based creator represents this fabric of companies that are very focused on made-to-measure couture, the most artisan traditions, as well as bridal fashion. Similarly, NURIA SARD\u00c1 will continue on the Board of Directors, now as the new Treasurer, a position previously held by Pedro Tr\u00f3lez, President of Delpozo. The Creative Director of the Andr\u00e9s Sard\u00e1 house will bring to her new position her business vision as well as her great experience at the head of one of the most veteran companies in Spanish fashion.<\/p>\n
