{"id":44315,"date":"2021-04-30T06:22:18","date_gmt":"2021-04-30T04:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creadores.org\/made-in-spain-for-tomorrow\/"},"modified":"2025-06-21T12:49:15","modified_gmt":"2025-06-21T10:49:15","slug":"made-in-spain-for-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creadores.org\/en\/made-in-spain-for-tomorrow\/","title":{"rendered":"Madrid Capital de Moda promotes Made in Spain for Tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Made in Spain for Tomorrow<\/strong>&#8216; is a think tank, a project promoted by the Government Area of Economy, Innovation and Employment of Madrid\u2019s City Council through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.madridcapitaldemoda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Madrid Capital de Moda<\/a><\/strong> program, which aims to create a space for reflection to obtain elements to enhance the local and global positioning of Spanish fashion, and propose possible actions to the institutions keen to support the development of designer fashion.<\/p>\n<p>The first edition of this meeting, held in digital format at Conde Duque Cultural Centre and broadcasted via streaming to the entire community of professionals in the fashion sector in Spain, counted with the participation of an outstanding cast of designers, professionals and experts from various areas of the fashion sector. Through four round tables, these panellists took on the mission of generating work guides to strengthen Spanish fashion in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The day, held without public in this first edition due to the pandemic, was created with the aim of achieving annual frequency. As it develops, \u201cMade In Spain For Tomorrow\u201d has as its objective to become a reference point of contact to analyse each year the state of Spanish author fashion\u2019s health from its four main aspects: cultural, aesthetic, economic and communication. Each edition will have as an output a report that recollects the state of the creative fashion sector in Spain, making a methodical synthetic compilation of the teachings and approaches of the day that is useful for the projection of the sector\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The first round table<\/strong>, which you can enjoy in the video below, is titled: \u201c<strong>The thermometer of Spanish fashion<\/strong>\u201d, analysing <strong>the current situation of Spanish author fashion<\/strong> and discussing which may be the next steps to take towards the recovery of the fashion creative sector beyond the health crisis. Designer <strong>Leandro Cano, Pepa Bueno<\/strong> (Executive Director of ACME), <strong>Ignacio Sierra<\/strong> (Corporate General Director of TENDAM) and<strong> Javier Plazas<\/strong> (fashion expert) participated, moderated by <strong>Carlos Primo<\/strong>, editor of El Pa\u00eds and ICON magazine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"MADE IN SPAIN FOR TOMORROW |  Presentaci\u00f3n  &amp; Mesa 1: El term\u00f3metro de la moda espa\u00f1ola\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zuJLYZnZb4E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The second round table of the think tank is titled \u201c<strong>Tradition &amp; Luxury, New Luxury<\/strong>\u201d and was participated by <strong>H\u00e9ctor Jare\u00f1o<\/strong> (creative director and founder of the Reliquiae brand), <strong>Paloma D\u00edaz-Soloaga<\/strong> (professor at the Complutense University of Madrid), <strong>Elena Goded<\/strong> ( Society of Contemporary Artisans), and <strong>Azucena Elbaile<\/strong> (director at La Nave &#8211; Innovation Center).
