One of the goals of MADRID ES MODA is to connect the festival with other creative areas, and this is why gastronomy plays a major role during this fashion week. In this edition of the festival the following culinary temples accompany us:
The Bosco de Lobos restaurant, located in COAM, participates with a Special Menu MADRID ES MODA illustrated by Miguel Marinero, the designer who is also the author of the graphic identity of this edition of the festival.
An exquisite Special Menu of MADRID ES MODA awaits visitors to the Café de Oriente Museo del Traje, with four entrées, four second courses and four desserts, to choose from.
Recently inaugurated Gran Clavel food house, in Gran Vía, joins MADRID ES MODA’s program with a delicious menu of the week, consisting of an aperitivo of Olivier salad, a delicious vegetable salad for starter, and as a main dish, bream à la Madrid. They could not be left out, strawberries with cream for dessert.
In Cripeka, specialists in late breakfasts or early lunches, they have teamed up with one of the great Spanish creators to make an irresistible combination: the brunch à la Caprile, which includes a sketch by Lorenzo Caprile, numbered and signed personally by the dressmaker. The menu consists of avocado toast accompanied by a poached egg, freshly squeezed orange juice, a natural yogurt with fresh fruit and crunchy muesli, a mini butter croissant and delicious Cripeka coffee.

Finally, iconic Thai Garden 2112 and Hannibal Laguna have come together in a unique pairing between Thai cuisine and Spanish fashion. Parting from the creativity of the new collection by Laguna, inspired by Asian exoticism, the restaurant has prepared an exquisite culinary proposal in which the aromas, colours and floral beauty of the ancestral gardens will be the main protagonists. Its Special Menu MADRID ES MODA includes an aperitif and wine cocktail, and it can be ordered at noon and in the evening at the two Thai Garden restaurants 2112 in Madrid (at Arturo Soria, 207 and Recoletos, 4) from Friday 26th of January.[:]
