Designer Ion Fiz begins a new stage in his career. The Basque fashion creator presents his firm’s new logo coinciding with the launch of his new commercial collection and the premiere of his online store, all framed within the tribute that decor company Hanbel has paid him in Madrid in recognition of his almost two decades of fashion experience.
Twenty years in the fashion world have served to launch many interesting projects that have taken the creative universe of Ion Fiz beyond fashion design. Decoration, interior design, design and art have always been a source of inspiration for him. His patterns, the staging of his fashion shows, winks to plastic artists such as Cristina Iturrioz, and collaborations with companies from the decor sector such as Roche Bobois and antiquarian from Bilbao Silvia Marqués, have earned him the Hanbel Prize for Creativity and Trajectory in his First edition, an award that was created to value the great fashion and interior design names in our country.
Hanbel's space also served as a stage for the presentation of the men and women's wear models of the "Paris-Texas" collection, inspired by the Win Wender movie and the "American way of life". This fashion proposal is more attainable and affordable, confirming the designer’s the new stage committed to dressing his clients from day to day with very urban designs with the Made in Spain seal, but without neglecting his know-how and his intense work in the field of couture.
Ion Fiz received this recognition and presented his fashion novelties surrounded by numerous personalities and professionals from the fashion sector such as the President of ACME, Modesto Lomba; the Executive Director of ACME, Pepa Bueno; the Director of MBFWM, Nuria de Miguel; founder of the portal Es Fascinante, Margarita Ruyra de Andrade; model Aya Güeye and actress Elvia Llauder, among others.
