TOUS has appointed Susana Sánchez as its new CEO, replacing Carlos Soler-Duffo.
A telecommunications engineer from the University of Vigo, and until now CEO of the Portuguese brand Parfois, Sánchez will lead the Spanish jewelry company to drive its international growth as part of its GEM strategic plan. She will report directly to Alba Tous, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, who highlighted her "innovative vision and global retail experience" as key assets for this new phase.
With a career spanning companies such as Motorola, Bimba y Lola, Dayaday, and Grupo Profand, Sánchez brings a multi-sector perspective and a management style focused on diversification and sustainability. During her tenure at Parfois, the company expanded its product offering beyond accessories and moved towards a broader, more sustainable business model.
Her arrival at TOUS reinforces the family-owned company's commitment to consolidating its presence in key markets and maintaining its distinctive character in a rapidly evolving sector. The appointment of Sánchez reflects the company's desire to take its jewelry heritage to new heights of creativity as well as expansion.
