Premiere of the new MALNE collection

Haute couture brand MALNE has opted for the seventh art to premiere its SS 2020 collection, within the framework of the Urban Fashion Festival Madrid es Moda. The label’s designers, Juanjo Mánez and Paloma Álvarez have created a fashion film to present "Latin Couture", a proposal with Latin flavour and the aroma of the silhouettes of Spanish haute couture in the 50s.

Attendees viewing the fashion film at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Madrid, among which were some colleagues such as Ulises Mérida and Modesto Lomba, President of ACME, also had the opportunity to admire some of the designs by the haute couture brand that will be exhibited until July 14th in said museum, along with some of the sketches created by the designers for the new collection.

In this exhibit, which has free access, you can see some of the pieces made by MALNE for spring / summer 2020, using haute couture techniques and designed for a woman who is powerful, vibrant, excessive but also classic and timeless.

With black and white as protagonists, the key pieces of the collection are dresses with flared, voluminous skirts cut in “new look” style, moiré tux suits with pagoda shoulder pads, signature jacket styles, and spectacular overskirts that transform any look. Admiring them in this exhibit housed in the Museum of Decorative Arts during Madrid es Moda is a totally affordable luxury for fashion lovers.

Do follow closely all the activities programmed for this fashion summer #fullcolor #atodocolor on the MeM website.
