Colour and its perception is the base of the spring / summer 2015 collection by Delpozo. Josep Font is inspired in the work “Interaction of Colour” by Josef Albers achieving a pictorial impact replete with sensitivity, which is showcased on the runway at New York Fashion Week.
Grass green, night blue and lemon yellow tint cottons, linens and silks. Exquisite natural fabrics seeking a balance with technological materials such as PVC or vinyl, creating fresh, feminine clothes that take their starting point in the shapes and colours of nature.
The subtle but elaborate modelling, trademark of the House, create patterns rich in geometric shapes and intricate details. Structured folds, studied lapels and sleeves simulating delicate petals are decorated with detailed embroidery that draw their shape from the depth of the seabed.
