Pilar Dalbat celebrates the 40th anniversary of MBFWM with “Solynieve”, a winter 2026 capsule collection and the result of her collaboration with artist Palito Dominguín. Inspired by the Sierra Nevada mountain range, the collection reflects Pilar’s personal connection with the skiing sport. Palito Dominguín contributes a series of illustrations that capture the essence of this magical landscape depicting elements such as the sun, the snow and mountain goats, all under her particular naiveté vision.
The proposal fuses Pilar Dalbat’s distinctive style with Palito's world, giving rise to a collection that blends the elegance of prêt-à-couture with the freshness of après-ski. The garments include coats and capes made from cashmere and boiled wool, adorned with different shaped beaded details and natural mutton and fox fur. Additionally, the collection includes airy dresses, romantic blouses and cotton and silk velvet jumpsuits, as well as accessories such as angora shawls and handbags hand crafted by artisans from Granada.
Colour plays a key role in the collection, with sober tones such as grey, chocolate brown and dry green contrasting with powder pink, sage green and almost fluorescent orange details. Metallic finishes in gold and silver also stand out, along with white, which provides a modern, sporty touch. The work with Textilfy to create personalised prints using sublimation on neoprene, cotton and gauze completes the collection, which is presented as a sophisticated and comfortable proposal perfect for including in the suitcase of skiing and fashion lovers.
