Pilar Dalbat fills the Casa de la Villa with fashion

The emblematic Casa de la Villa, former seat of Madrid City Council, is filled with fashion with Pilar Dalbat’s fashion show. Thus, the designer from Granada returns to bring together her designs with heritage spaces, a source of inspiration for her.

The stained glass vault of the Casa de la Villa, built in the seventeenth century, is integrated into Dalbat’s garments for next fall / winter 2019-2020 season.

Wool cloth, cashmere, gauze, cotton velvet and neoprene are the main materials in a collection that seeks to generate emotions. Pilar Dalbat’s “villains” are dressed in modern suits, light coats and capes because, more than being the villains in this story, they are heroines. Modern, strong and determined women who shine with metallic fabrics, but who also show their sweetness with airy garments and delicate handmade embroideries.
