The shopping cart as a Canary Island icon

Gran Canaria firm CHACHO SVNRS presents its new collaboration with HiperDino, a capsule collection that transforms the supermarket’s everyday imagery into a symbol of the island’s identity.

Under the label HiperDino x CHACHO SVNRS, the collection brings together five pieces—graphic t-shirts, football tees, sweatshirts, and tote bags—that reinterpret the Canarian souvenir with humor, irony, and local pride. Colors, expressions, and visual references typical of the archipelago merge with the brand’s characteristic urban aesthetic.

“We wanted to bring popular elements into the realm of design, transforming something which is very much ours, as going shopping, into an aesthetic and identifiable experience,” the brand explains. “This collaboration isn’t just about clothes: it’s about recognizing ourselves, laughing at ourselves, and lovingly dressing as whom we are.”

With this collection, CHACHO SVNRS cements its commitment to transform Canarian culture into contemporary fashion, maintaining its ironic and relatable style while championing authenticity as a key element of its signature style.
