Grace Jones, a great diva, inspires Malne’s collection for next season. The duo made up by Juanjo Mánez and Paloma Álvarez pays homage to this charismatic woman, an 80’s icon.
Taking as a starting point the Jamaican’s unique glamor and feline features, Malne develops a collection of shoulder pads and very pronounced waists, where male tailoring and the tradition of haute couture coexist. Sophisticated coats with large volumes, skirts and mini dresses are made in rich materials such as silk mikado, chantilly lace or metallic tweed.
Black is the thread of Malne’s fashion proposals, complementing the collection with jewels by French brand Dinh Van.
