Palomo Spain launches a new special edition bottle

With the aim of creating an ode to the minerals in Solán de Cabras, and its balanced composition, the drinking water brand presents its new limited edition bottle designed by one of the Spanish creators with the most international projection: Palomo Spain. The designer from Córdoba is the maker of this collector’s piece, where the rhinestones from the Swarovski jewellery brand represent the harmony and the perfect mineral composition present in each water drop of Solán de Cabras. The result is a special edition bottle that fuses art, fashion and exquisiteness for an unparalleled luxury experience.

Palomo Spain is one of the most acclaimed references in the international fashion scene. The Spanish firm, created by designer Alejandro Gómez Palomo, and its unique designs, have conquered celebrities such as Beyoncé or Rosalía and have also achieved stepping onto the famous carpet of the MET Gala, one of the leading events on the global fashion calendar. His visionary philosophy, his attention to detail and the spirit of his creations, which mix the dramatic and the urban, come together on this occasion with Solán de Cabras for this very special collaboration, which celebrates the beauty of nature and defines contemporary luxury.

For the bottle’s design, where the mineral water brand’s iconic blue color is the protagonist, Palomo aimed to represent the composition of Solán de Cabras and its minerals by transforming them into authentic jewels. This special edition fuses the designer’s creative vision, along with the brilliance of Swarovski rhinestones; each of the crystals is an ode to minerals such as calcium and magnesium, present in the balanced composition of Solán de Cabras water. Additionally, the crafts and the geometric shapes of his hometown, which he has also showcased in the prints for his Fall Winter 2022 collection, “Córdoba”, have inspired Palomo in the bottle’s design. The result is an exquisite use of Swarovski crystals, with stylistic references to architectural emblems of his birthplace such as the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba.

“I have really enjoyed collaborating with Solán de Cabras and designing the bottle’s special edition,” affirms Alejandro Gómez Palomo. “It has been challenging for me to transfer the mineral world to the design of this already iconic bottle, however, I am very happy with the result. Furthermore, I am especially thrilled to collaborate with Solán de Cabras who, in addition to helping us be hydrated while taking care of ourselves, goes one step further with this commitment to fashion and to luxury.”

The new special edition bottle will be available in the Mahou San Miguel store in a limited and numbered edition at a retail price of 50 euros. Fashion lovers and those who trust in the unique mineral composition of Solán de Cabras to take care, will find a true collector’s item and a unique experience with which to be hydrated and look after ourselves.
