Kilometres of agathized pizza portions

“Fashion is culture; gastronomy, as well … Why not bring them together? “. Agatha Ruiz de la Prada saw this crystal clear when she tasted the new creation by Jesus Marquina, chef of Kilometres of Pizza and four-time world champion in this specialty: a pizza-shaped heart full of flavour in honour of Fashion Week and presented on Thursday 18th February at 14.00hrs. at their establishment Avenida de Brasil.

“Since Agatha proposed this challenge, I had very clear that the pizza should be simple and colourful, because that is the way she is.” And the end result proves this: An agathized pizza made of three quality ingredients (a selection of burrata, San Marzano tomatoes and basil oil) and a 72-hour fermentation that makes the pastry especially healthy and very light.

The agathized pizza will be served during Madrid is Fashion, until the 23rd , in the two establishments of Kilometres of Pizza (Avenida Brasil, 6 and Calle Palas del Rey, street corner Mirallos). A perfect date to enjoy a pizza full of colour, flavour and design, just like the initiative of Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España (ACME) during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid.[:]
