ACME and Factoria Cultural launch the program Emprendemoda

The Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España (ACME) and Factoría Cultural, incubator for the creative and cultural industries of Matadero Madrid, launched a pilot program supporting entrepreneurship in the fashion industry and retail: Emprendemoda.

As a kick-off, a public announcement is published offering five scholarships that cover wholly or partially the costs of an incubation program to take place over six months – from 4th of April to 4th of November 2016. The initiative includes a work space in the creative and dynamic environment located in the enclave of Matadero, specific advisors in technology, intellectual property and business innovation, among other areas, and support in search of funding.

Furthermore, the entrepreneurs who are selected to form part of this program will enjoy customized monitoring and support in publicizing in media and social networks by a series of professional experts selected by ACME and Factoría Cultural.

The date for reception of proposals opens on February 15th, coinciding with the celebration of Madrid es Moda, and ends on March 14th  at 00hrs. (Spanish time). Likewise, the results of the selection will be reported the week from 21st to 27th of March.

The aim of this first edition is to offer an innovative alternative in the world of fashion and business, covering new needs in the market in an active and thrilling way.
