Teresa Helbig and Jorge Vázquez, L’Oréal Paris awards

29/01/2019

MBFWM puts the finishing touches to the fashion shows held on the IFEMA runway with the presentation of the L’Oréal Paris Awards. Ana Arto has been recognized as the Best Spanish Model of this edition, Jorge Vázquez  has received the Award for the Best Beauty Look by the public, and the jury has chosen Teresa Helbig for Best Collection of this edition.

“I put a spell on you” is the name of the collection with which Teresa Helbig has won this prize. Her proposal is full of witches who detach themselves from the dark side to laugh at themselves. It is the time of the witch influencer, dressed with plumetti, cut leather, crystal, bobbin lace, velvet, leopard, tartan and mink. The dress is Helbig woman’s best amulet, like a magic wand, decorated with stars, mountain ranges, owls and dragonflies.

The Catalan designer has enchanted with her new proposal, in Helbig’s atelier magic is made with the embroidery, the fabrics and the textures of her creations. A taste for detail and respect for couture’s craftsmanship flood the creations by the Catalan designer, who mixes perfectly sophistication with the most rebellious style.
