Purificación García: “David was able to create his own universe”

06/06/2017

“I will always remember David as a very special person, with charm, talent and energy transmitted in everything he did. I think that, although he left us very soon, his legacy will last and will be part of the history of the fashion of this country.

The most important thing for a designer is to create his own recognizable universe, and this is something David has achieved thanks to the coherence and values he has transmitted throughout his career. His staging, the use of colour, his typography or the continuous winks to the world of art, have created an own and unmistakable seal. We will miss him, but we will always remember him”.
