Fuerteventura Fashion Weekk's runway brought together this year leading names in Spanish fashion with the special participation of designers and ACME's associates Paloma Suárez and Isabel Zapardiez, whom presented their latest collections in a unique setting where creativity and nature intertwine. Also, Fely Campo was the event's godmother.
Paloma Suárez strolled as a guest, and for the first time, in the Island's fashion shows with a collection that celebrates the brand's ten years of existence, and its commitment to authenticity and creative evolution. Inspired by the silhouette of La Palma, her home island, the collection transforms its logo—a diamond and a heart—into an emblem of resilience and transformation. Each piece, marked by color, inner strength, and sophistication, pays tribute to a decade of experience guided by perseverance and passion.
“Participating for the first time in Fuerteventura Fashion Week as a guest brand, in collaboration with ACME, has been a very rewarding experience. Being from the Canary Islands, it has been truly exciting to be able to create this connection with the public and the environment. I am deeply grateful to the event organizers for their support and for offering a space that fosters creativity, talent, and fashion in a unique setting such as Fuerteventura,” stated Suárez.
Furthermore, Isabel Zapardiez debuted on the Island with her "Florakcion" collection, a poetic proposal that explores the relationship between nature and feminine essence. In this edition, the fashion designer presented a unique extension entitled “Rosa Negra,” where subtlety and intensity intertwine in a balance that evokes renewal and inner strength.
“Showing for the first time on the Island fills me with joy. Presenting the second extension of "Florakcion", which began as an exhibition, and seeing it evolve into a runway show is a dream come true,” stated Isabel Zapardiez.
With this edition, Fuerteventura Fashion Week consolidates its position as one of the most unique emerging events on the Spanish calendar, uniting fashion, landscape, and sustainability from the archipelago's heart.
