Oteyza presents OTZ Lab, the new high-end perfumery line developed in collaboration with Perfumes y Diseño (PyD). The Madrid-based firm establishes this launch as a new line within its structure, translating its creative language, in partnership with PyD, to the olfactory realm. The project is aligned with the house’s practice, joining the fashion brand’s path at a time of openness to other formats.
With over fifteen years experience, Oteyza has forged its own path within Spanish designer fashion, with milestones such as being present in the official Paris Fashion Week calendar, the recovery of Spanish Historic Merino of Excellence, as well as its establishment as an artistic entity creating stage performance productions.
OTZ Lab draws upon some of the codes that permeate its work: abstraction, geometry, and the relationship between the shape and the void. Each fragrance is conceived from this framework, translating to perfume an olfactory language that is a part of the fashion brand’s universe. The line is presented as an extension of the house in a new format.
