Designer Erroz received the Diversa Fashion Award during the 10th edition of the Diversa Awards, held on Friday, May 29th at The Palace Hotel Madrid. Organized by Diversa Global, these awards acknowledge the work of individuals, companies, and institutions in support of diversity, inclusion, and LGBTQ+ rights. This year, fashion was represented by Erroz, who received the award from Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada.
The designer linked the recognition to his understanding of design as a space capable of accommodating different ways of life. “Design is that great ally that allows us all to be included and makes our lives easier, freer, and kinder,” stated the designer after receiving the award.
The gala brought together representatives from the worlds of culture, business, and activism in Madrid, in an edition that coincided with the awards’ tenth anniversary.
