Pablo Erroz collaborates once again with CUPA STONE, a company specializing in natural stone and large-format surfaces for architecture and design, on a new, limited-edition furniture capsule collection. Five pieces that are inspired by the Mediterranean’s light and tranquility, bringing the multidisciplinary designer’s work into the realm of matter. The resulting pieces’ names are a tribute to Mallorca: Valldemossa, Tramuntana, Talayot, and Formentor.
The pieces were crafted in Spain by stonemasons at Decor Ropema using CUPA STONE materials; primarily from TERRA®, the brand’s line of select quartzites and granites: Waraira quartzite from Brazil, Spanish travertine, Italian Rosso Lepanto marble, and Dante Silk granite from Zimbabwe. All featuring a matte leather finish.
The collection comprises the Valldemossa coffee table (travertine and Rosso Lepanto marble); two versions of the Tramuntana stool (one in Waraira quartzite, the other in Dante Silk granite with travertine); the Talayot side table (Dante Silk granite and travertine); and the Formentor bench (Dante Silk granite with a matte leather and rock-faced finish).
The pieces are available to order via Pablo Erroz`s website (pabloerroz.com/cupastone) and will be on display for a limited time at the Bulthaup showroom in Madrid.
