The Hotel de las Letras and of Madrid es Moda

16/02/2016

The Bocablo space of the Hotel Iberostar Las Letras Gran Via in the number 11 of said street, becomes a great window shop guided by Madrid es Moda and due to the creations of designers Miguel Marinero, Ulises Mérida, Jorge Vázquez, Roberto Verino, Juanjo Oliva, Devota & Lomba and Helena Rohner.

The designs of these artists will overlook the Gran Vía from 15th to 23rd February, in an exhibition put together by Miguel Cruz and in collaboration with IKEA. Vegetation, lighting and lots of colour are the keys to a dialogue between fashion and decoration, in this proposal that joins work of artist Sabine Finkenauer present these days in the same space.

Fashion becomes also gastronomy in the hands of renowned chef Paco Morales with an exquisite tasting menu created especially for Madrid es Moda and available from today in Bocablo:

  • Aerated Spanish omelette with green peppers and anchovies.
  • Brandade of cod cornetos with parsley mayonnaise.
  • Squid noodles, zucchini, onion and egg yolk.
  • Iberian pork moruna with pea couscous and Iberian ham creamy fondant.
  • Chocolate in different ways with hazelnut and milk sweet.
  • Bloody Mary / Pisco Passion

The week of Madrid es Moda culminates with an exclusive closing party on 23rd February, a celebration that will end these unique days in which the fusion of art, fashion and gastronomy have been the protagonists.[:]
