Avianca’s new uniforms

01/10/2025

Fashion designer Juanjo Oliva has created the new uniformity collection for Avianca, a project that marks the airline’s aesthetic transformation, and reaffirms its commitment to timeless elegance.

Beginning in December, more than 10,000 employees will start to wear uniforms designed by Oliva, after a process that involved input from both flight and ground staff. The collection, of which 94% is manufactured in Colombia, combines functionality, comfort, and a sophisticated visual style, with subtle touches of blue and red inspired by the airline’s brand identity.

For the Madrid-based creator, each garment is designed to transcend fashion, and to reflect Avianca’s professionalism and approachable customer service. With this collaboration, Oliva adds another milestone to his international career, further demonstrating his ability to translate his creative vision into impactful corporate projects.
