MALNE presented the Fall/Winter 26/27 collection, “The Triumph of Love,” at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, a collection that coincides with the house’s tenth anniversary on the runway. Juanjo Manez and Paloma Álvarez look at their own archives to reinterpret them with a contemporary sensibility, where craftsmanship, fashion culture, and a certain theatricality coexist. The collection is conceived as an emotional statement that permeates fabrics, silhouettes, and construction.
The collection portrays the MALNE woman as owning classic elegance with a modern attitude, capable of moving effortlessly between urban daytime and a more theatrical evening. This duality runs through the fashion show, allowing the brand to revisit through its own unique language recognizable codes.
The fashion show begins with perforated leather that introduces plays of light and texture. From there, references to the British wardrobe appear in bomber jackets, jackets with cuts that reveal the pattern, and small trench coats with dynamic silhouettes. Silk crepe dresses in camel, violet, white, and carmine exude a retro elegance, while the two-piece jacket and pencil skirt ensemble combines embroidery with layered technical organza. For evening wear, embroidered velvets on netting and voluminous black gowns with gold accents elongate the silhouette, lending the collection a more theatrical feel.
A collection that speaks of craftsmanship, memory, and the creative bond that sustains the fashion brand’s universe.
