Rebellion's romantic pulse

Maison Mesa presented his "The Passion of Lovers" collection at Madrid es Moda in the courtyard of former Salesas Monastery, a space where fashion blends with art and spirituality. The collection pays homage to the cultural heritage to early 20th century Madrid and to Spanish romanticism, all within an atmosphere rich in history and emotion.

The collection embodies a rebellious and emotional spirit, reflecting an attitude that challenges the status quo and pursues new social paradigms. Maison Mesa proposes a journey towards self-discovery and the highest expression of one's being, conceiving fashion as both an intimate and collective language. Each piece becomes a symbol of struggle and sensitivity, where that which is personal intersects with social.

The collection ranges from reinterpreted classic tailoring to light and ethereal dresses. Large bows, cross-stitch floral embroidery, silver feathers, sequins, and perforated organza with polka dots, striped mikado silk, fringes, embroidered lace, and beading are all featured. The color palette spans from off-white and black to delicate pastels, leaf green, vibrant yellow, and red accents. The collection is complemented by collaborations with artisans: merino wool knitwear by Perssa’m, espadrilles by Casteller, footwear by Pons Quintana, jewelry by Lisi Fracchia, and handbags by Anabella Boffa.

Maison Mesa presented his collection, with live music by Blanca Paloma, offering a fusion of tradition and modernity—a true statement of identity.
