Last Thursday, Oviedo hosted another edition of the Campoamor Fashion Show, featuring a strong presence of ACME’s (Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España) associated brands, which placed designer fashion at the heart of the Theater Campoamor’s program. Ángel Schlesser, Isabel Zapardiez, and Yolancris headlined an edition that brought together diverse and established perspectives from the Spanish, as well as the international, fashion scene.
The three fashion houses presented collections, which were designed specifically for this theatrical setting, reflecting the diversity and strength of the creative ecosystem that ACME represents. From Ángel Schlesser’s refined and contemporary style to Isabel Zapardiez’s haute couture, and the international reach and craftsmanship of Yolancris, the event offered a broad overview of Spanish designer fashion. The runway show also included the participation of Celia B, a fashion designer from Asturias acclaimed internationally, whose collection completed a lineup that combined local talent with globally recognized brands. The format integrated live music and performing arts, reinforcing the project’s cultural dimension.
The gala included the presentation of the 3rd edition of the Campoamor Fashion Show Awards. Alfonso Pérez, creative director of Ángel Schlesser, received the Ambassador of Fashion from Asturias Award, a recognition that underlines the designers, and their fashion houses, role in the sector’s cultural projection.
With this edition, Campoamor Fashion Show has once again evidenced the importance of independent fashion and the role of ACME’s associated brands in building a solid cultural narrative for Spanish fashion.
