Félix Ramiro presented Platino, his 2027 Bridal collection, on October 20th during the 16th edition of Atelier Couture. This runway, for artisanal bridal fashion, took place on October 20th and 21st at the Real Fábrica de Tapices in Madrid, as part of Madrid Fashion Week.
The firm also recently showed within Málaga de Moda, alongside designers Teressa Ninú, Jesús Segado, and Rafael Urquizar, only four days after showing its MAJESTIC collection at the World Fashion Festival in Chicago.
The metal itself inspires both the collection’s name and its color palette. Pearl gray and silver pair with black and navy blue, rendered in satin fabrics and textiles featuring damask patterns, scrolls, and diamond motifs. The collection explores two distinct styles: on one hand, there is the classic groom’s attire, frock coats and single-button jackets in black or navy, accented with satin lapels, contrasting piping, waistcoats, and cravats. On the other, there are pieces that push the boundaries of formal tailoring. Highlights include a long, silver frock coat featuring a short cape over the shoulders and gathered panels at the waist, as well as collarless double-breasted jackets paired with voluminous trousers that taper at the hem. Other notable pieces include a long, pleated black coat with oversized lapels, and a black jacket that alternates smooth panels with a metallic grid pattern.
The collection is rooted in the same methodology the House has employed since it was established in 1988: hand-drafted patterns, careful fabric selection, and traditional artisanal tailoring techniques. Every piece is designed and crafted in the firm’s atelier in Menasalbas (Toledo), the designer’s hometown. This runway presentation follows Ramiro’s recent receipt of the 2026 Culture Award from the Community of Madrid, in the Fashion Category.
