The organization of DS Brussels Fashion Days, the most important event of the fashion sector organized in Belgium, has chosen Spain as guest country in its 6th edition. The conference, which will take place on 20th, 21st and 22nd October, will take place in emblematic locations in Brussels such as Galerie Horta, Galerie Ravenstein and Place du Grand Sablon.
This initiative is supported by the Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España (ACME), the University School of Design, Innovation and Technology (ESNE), NH Collection Hotels, Marca España and the Spanish Embassy in Belgium.
DS Brussels Fashion Days – Spanish Edition holds an extensive program of activities in which emerging and established designers, design schools and Spanish companies linked to the fashion sector will exhibit their talent. Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Ion Fiz, Miguel Marinero and Leyre Valiente will participate in a fashion show that will take place on Saturday, October 21st at Galerie Ravenstein. In addition, to celebrate the Spanish presence in DS Brussels Fashion Days, the Manneken-Pis will wear that day one of Agatha’s designs.
Also on Saturday 21st October, the Official Chamber of Commerce of Spain in Belgium and Luxembourg in Belgium and Luxembourg, the entity in charge of fully managing the Spanish participation in the conference, will organize a Fashion Dinner in the restaurant Hispania Brussels of the NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon Hotel. During this meeting, designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada will receive recognition for her career and her important role in the internationalization of Spanish fashion.
