Menchen Tomas presented the Fall/Winter 26/27 collection, Memento, at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid. The collection looks to her own origins revisiting the figure that, for over three decades, has shaped the house’s DNA. This free and sophisticated woman now articulates a fashion narrative of identity and permanence.
Memento stems from a clear idea: memory as a form of continuity. The duality between strength and delicacy translates into a play of clean, architectural lines alongside more fluid and organic ones. Construction is key to understanding this balance. Handcrafted details appear as the common thread of contemporary tradition.
The palette moves between intense tones and soft nuances, while the fabrics reflect the tension between structure and lightness. In every fold and every cut, a silhouette is sought that envelops and defines without renouncing movement. The collection unfolds as a serene declaration: memory that is activated in the present.
