Pedro del Hierro began his career in the 70s, becoming the first Spanish creator with his own boutique in department stores. Since 1989, his prêt-à-porter collections have been integrated into the Cortefiel Group.
After the designer’s retirement and demise, the fashion brand has had different creative directors. Currently, Nacho Aguayo is responsible for the design direction of the brand’s women line, while Alex Miralles is the design director of the menswear collection.
