Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada participated with an unscheduled fashion show during the 31st edition of SIMOF 2026, presenting on the runway a capsule collection inspired by flamenco and coinciding with the presentation of the Award “Flamenco en la Piel”.
The fashion brand received the Award for the designer’s career, together with her contribution to flamenco fashion. The collection, conceived spontaneously for this event, offers a contemporary interpretation of flamenco through the house’s signature style.
On the runway, the collection is structured around color, volume, and a free approach to design. The overall look moves away from traditional regional dress codes to focus on movement and attitude, both elements inherent in the flamenco world.
The collection incorporates the brand’s recognizable visual references, integrating them into a narrative that blends a modern perspective that brings together tradition and contemporary style.
The spontaneous fashion intervention was presented within the framework of SIMOF 2026, in Seville, where Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada showcased this capsule at the same time the Award was presented.
