Ernesto Naranjo challenges the norms

03/04/2025

The Sevillian designer presents his “014 Collection” at 080 Barcelona Fashion, revisiting, from a contemporary perspective, the theatrical and sophisticated spirit of the Ziegfeld Girls. Drawing influence from artists such as Leonora Carrington and Lynda Benglis, the collection balances that which is oneiric with the sculptural by exploring unexpected volumes and dynamic textures.

The collection challenges the limits of materiality with innovative fabric combinations, generating a visual collage that plays with irony and surprise. Amidst minimalism and experimentation, each piece reflects the evolution of design as a constantly changing process.

A bold fashion statement that reaffirms the designer’s avant-garde identity in the current fashion scene.
