Spanish fashion shines in Doha with “Threads of Impact”

30/10/2025

From October 27th, 2025, to January 3rd, 2026, Doha’s M7 space hosts “Threads of Impact“, the international exhibit that celebrates the seventh anniversary of Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA). In this edition, Spain participates as a Special Guest, thus highlighting its cultural and creative weight within the global stage with its presence.

Four designers—Acromatyx, Ernesto Naranjo, Juan Vidal, and Leandro Cano—represent Spanish fashion’s diversity and strength in a context that brings together over eighty designers from the Middle East, North Africa, and other invited countries. The exhibition, curated by Omoyemi Akerele, founder and director of Lagos Fashion Week, traces a path through seven thematic axes that reflect on the transformative power of design and its cultural impact.

Spain’s participation, coordinated by HEAD GROUP International Management in collaboration with Qatar Museums, M7, and Fashion Trust Arabia, builds upon the recognition bestowed in 2024, when FTA awarded Spain the Guest Country Prize in Marrakech.

With this initiative, Spanish fashion reaffirms its place in the international fashion dialogue: innovation, craftsmanship and sustainability, a language shared between cultures.
