Juan Vidal Presents Marry Me Twice

29/04/2026

Juan Vidal presented Marry Me Twice, his second bridal capsule collection, in a temporary installation held in his studio last Friday, April 24th. The event brought together guests and invitees by appointment around a staging that shifted the collection’s presentation towards a more intimate and experiential format.

Conceived as a banquet suspended in time, the installation constructed a still scene: a wedding table inhabited by veiled figures and motionless bodies, as if the ritual had been interrupted. In this space, dresses with clean lines, ethereal veils, and sculptural silhouettes shape a vision of bridal wearability far removed from the conventional narrative.

The collaboration with EL AMOR Productions transformed the designer’s studio into an ambience of low lights, suspended objects, and a restrained atmosphere. At the center of the installation, a monumental wedding cake served as a scenic element and as a point of tension between celebration and artifice.

The capsule collection continues Juan Vidal’s exploration of the dress, as well as the construction of contemporary femininity, with pieces designed for diverse forms of ceremonies, celebrations, and personal expression. Bridal wear appears here as an open territory, closely connected to gesture and presence rather than to a single moment.

During the presentation, attendees were able to explore the space and discover the pieces up close, within the designer’s own workspace. The table, the veils, and the figures remained silent, like a wedding that is not yet over.
