García Madrid celebrates its first decade

García Madrid celebrates this year its first decade in the fashion world. The Spanish brand has also recently launched the new campaign for the spring-summer 2016 collection, starring one of the actors of the moment, Asier Etxeandia.

In 2006 Manuel García creates his signature label García Madrid. A decade later, the brand is an example of hard work, innovation and the pursuit of excellence, being a benchmark of men’s fashion in our country. To mark the anniversary, the brand is scheduled to hold different activities where it will showcase the evolution and commitment sustained with arts and culture.

Among the activities to be held during 2016 there will be a commemorative reissue of the iconic pieces of the label, in addition to the exhibition “For example a button”, which will feature the collaboration of different contemporary artists.

Furthermore, Garcia Madrid begins this year of celebrations premiering a campaign starred by a brilliant Asier Etxeandia, nominated for a Goya Award for best lead actor. Manuel Garcia defined his new collection as “contemporary, relaxed and with a touch of impudence”, characteristics interpreted to perfection by Etxeandia in a careful production made in the city of Madrid.[:]
