Pilar Dalbat Designs the New Uniforms for Hotel Santa Paula

15/01/2026

Designer Pilar Dalbat has created the new uniformity for Hotel Palacio de Santa Paula Autograph Collection, integrating fashion, heritage, and functionality into a design aligned with the building’s history.

The uniformity project translates the former convent’s identity—now a luxury hotel—into a restrained and contemporary textile language. The garments, conceived as an extension of the architecture and place’s memory, reinforces the connection between designer fashion and cultural context.

The uniforms, consisting of a tunic, trousers, and top, adapted to the different seasons and the team’s needs, combining comfort with understated elegance. Clean lines, layering, and discreet embroidery connect with the Mozarabic tradition as well as the space’s timeless character.

With this collaboration, Pilar Dalbat adds a new layer of experience to Hotel Santa Paula.
