Under the creative direction of Domingo Rodríguez, DOMINNICO presented its Resort 2027 collection at OMODA Madrid es Moda via a static showcase held at the Cupra Garage (Serrano, 88). The collection reimagines office wear through a contemporary lens, balancing structure with sensuality.
The collection looks back to the late 1990s and early 2000s, a time when the shirt, tie, and pinstripe began to be interpreted through the prism of power and desire. Domingo Rodríguez revisits this vocabulary and creates a dynamic tension: tailoring serves as the starting point for experimenting with new proportions and with layering, where executive precision coexists with sensuality.
The twelve looks blend tailoring with sheer fabrics and lingerie-inspired pieces, contrasting the rigidity of the uniform with visible undergarments. The collection also incorporates garments made from recycled fur, shifting the brand’s urban sophistication toward a more material-conscious approach. The presentation is rounded out by an immersive projection room that recreates the DOMINNICO universe and the concept behind the Resort 2027 collection.
For this collection, DOMINNICO opted for an exhibition format, a way to focus attention on a garment that often goes unnoticed: the office suit.
