Symbolism and excess

16/09/2025

DOMINNICO presented its “Resort 2026” collection at Madrid es Moda in an exhibit format that invites you to delve into its creative universe. The collection, open to the public, unfolds in 12 looks that intertwine contemporary cowboy imagery with superstitious symbols and a camp, kitsch aesthetic reinterpreted from a maximalist perspective.

Inspired by lucky charms, the excessive glitter of American casinos, and popular Made in Spain symbolism, the collection embraces saturation as its language. The result is a visual discourse where souvenir aesthetics, charms, and stars as magical emblems coexist with an imagery that embraces eccentricity as a form of identity.

The silhouettes contrast between micro-garments and voluminous coats, generating a play between sensuality and drama. Noble and sustainable materials such as leather, denim, and recycled fur anchor the design, while the color palette ranges from earth tones to pastels, metallics, and multicolored gradients. A richness of expression that finds its narrative power in experimentation.

The following day, the fashion brand opened a pop-up store featuring archival pieces, an ephemeral and intimate space that allows the public to explore milestones in its history and purchase iconic designs. An experience that consolidates the connection between fashion, memory, and contemporaneity.
