ACME will advise six fashion brands from Moda Cálida

01/02/2019

The Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España (ACME) will advise six fashion brands from the Gran Canaria Moda Cálida program throughout 2019. ACME’S President, Modesto Lomba, and the Minister of Industry of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, Minerva Alonso, met in the headquarters of the Association with the chosen brands, which will receive personalized advice to make the leap to the peninsula.

The selected fashion brands are Aurelia Gil, woman’s wear prêt-à-porter; lingerie brand  Gonzales UnderwearSusana Requena, with jewellery; Lucas Balboa, with men’s tailoring; Arcadio Domínguez, with woman’s wear prêt-à-porter, and Chela Clo, with swimwear.

This advice is part of the agreement signed in April 2018 between ACME and Gran Canaria Moda Cálida, in which it became the first collaborating institution of said professional association. Thus, ACME acquired the commitment to guide Gran Canaries design companies in their local and international projection, helping them in making decisions to reinforce the fashion made on the Canarian island.
