The Foundation Academia de la Moda Española (FAME) and Modaes launched “Fashion Thursdays” (*Los Jueves de la Moda*), a new series of meets. The inaugural event took place at OMODA Madrid es Moda’s HUB, as part of Madrid Fashion Week. Subsidized by the Ministry of Culture, this initiative aims to connect talent, industry, and business through knowledge sharing, seeking to energize and structure the Spanish fashion ecosystem across its key hubs.
The opening session was held on Thursday, September 10th, at 8:30 pm at Palacio de Altamira, and home to IED Madrid (Calle Flor Alta, 8), and was led by designer Roberto Verino. The event combined a presentation with an open discussion, creating a format that also served as a networking opportunity within the OMODA Madrid es Moda agenda.
With this series, the OMODA Madrid es Moda HUB has expanded its programming beyond runway shows and collection presentations, incorporating a space dedicated to debate and knowledge exchange among creators, the industry, and the business sector.
