ACME collaborates with the "IInd New Fashion Creators Competition in Navarra Pasarela 948" organized by the Asociación de Creadores de Moda en Navarra (MoNa). Destined for novice, non-professional designers, this competition may be entered by designs of wearable garments (not considered wearable garments for the purpose of this competition are; shoes, bags, accessories, jewellery...) that may be showcased in a runway, with references, in whole or in part, to the tittle designated for said collection. Inspiration in culture and artistic expressions will be considered as added value to the collection; painting, music, dance...
The jury, made up of designers, journalists and fashion experts, is formed by Modesto Lomba, creator of fashion brand Devota & Lomba and President of ACME, designers Hannibal Laguna and Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, members of the Association, Rafael Muñoz, Fashion Editor at RTVE.es and Marina Conde (La Condesa) and Álvaro Castejón (Alvarno).
The first prize in the category of contestants from Navarra will be € 2,000 and the winner will have the chance to show in PASARELA 948-2020 with a collection of up to 10 looks. And the second prize in the category of non-Navarre contestants, will receive € 1,000 and will also have the option to show on the same runway with a collection of up to 10 looks.
