Juan Duyos and Pedro Palmas were part of the jury for the second edition of Tenerife Fashion Film Festival. The Festival took place on October 16th at Espacio de la Mutua Tinerfeña in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Duyos participated in his capacity as President of ACME. Together with actor and producer Iván Sánchez, they selected the winning fashion films in each category.
The festival is promoted by La Laguna City Council’s Department of Tourism. It acknowledges audiovisual productions linked to the fashion industry, both Spanish as well as international, and provides visibility to local talent. The seven categories from the first edition were maintained: Best Fashion Film by Students, Sustainability, Cinematography, Art Direction (Women’s Fashion), Art Direction (Men’s Fashion), Best Fashion Film, and International Fashion Film.
Furthermore, as part of the initiative, a fashion film was recorded across various locations within the town. Through this project, La Laguna aims to showcase its heritage and its potential as a setting for film productions and creative endeavors.
