ACME joins up with #TwitterFashionWeek

22/01/2015

The Asociación Creadores de Moda de España joins the #TwiterFashionWeek initiative, the first fashion week on Twitter, where relevant Spanish designers will tweet about their work, their experiences and their creativity.

Each day of the week will be dedicated to a particular topic to guide the conversation and facilitate monitoring (inspiration and muses, experiences, sewing atelier, models, celebrities …).

The fashion world is, precisely, one that has the most comments raised in the platform. Last year, the hashtag #OOTD (Outfit of the day) generated more than 4.7 million entries and only New York Fashion Week 2014 (#NYFW) was mentioned in over 1.2 million tweets.

To channel all this information and bring the intricacies of Spanish fashion to a wider audience, Twitter Spain has joined for the first time the most renowned designers of our country in the initiative #TwitterFashionWeek that counts with the support of the Asociación Creadores de Moda de España (@CreadoresACME) and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid (@MBFWMadrid).

So, from Monday 26th January, thanks to #TwitterFashionWeek users will be able to find information regarding fashion from new points of view and interact with the designers, who meanwhile, will be able to be in touch with their fans and open the world fashion to a much larger universe.
